Functional Fit Class

Optional 45 minute functional fit class will be provided by a lead fitness instructor.

A functional fit class focuses on exercises that mimic real-life movements to improve your body's ability to perform daily activities with ease and efficiency. It emphasizes multi-joint movements, engaging multiple muscle groups and joints simultaneously to enhance strength, stability, and balance. These classes often utilize bodyweight exercises, free weights, and functional equipment like kettlebells and resistance bands.
